MAPS

The proven Thermo Scientific MAPS software is now also available for all Phenom desktop electron microscopes.

MAPS is a standardized platform for all Thermo Scientific scanning electron microscopes and is available for Phenom in three versions:

  1. MAPS Tiling & Stitching: large-area, high-resolution SEM images of any shape with continuous zoom from the optical image into the SEM image and much more.
  2. MAPS EDS Mapping: Large, composite EDX surface analyses including quantification down to pixel level.
  3. MAPS Correlation: Merging and overlaying of images and spectra from other imaging analysis systems with high-resolution SEM/EDX functionality.
